1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the VOL.109 website, browsing our products, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our store. VOL.109 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason consistent with these terms and applicable law.
These Terms of Service are effective as of the date listed above and apply to all transactions and interactions with VOL.109 from that date forward.

You agree to use the VOL.109 website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, customer accounts, or underlying systems. Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content, pricing, product data, images, or any other information from our store without written permission. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent orders, claims, or account information. Interfering with or disrupting the functionality, security, or integrity of the website or its servers. Impersonating VOL.109, its staff, or any other person or entity in connection with our store. Using our store in any way that could expose VOL.109 to legal liability or reputational harm.
VOL.109 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these conditions, without notice and without liability.

3. PRODUCTS & INVENTORY
VOL.109 carries limited, curated inventory. Many of our products are imported, collectible, vintage, one-of-a-kind, or sourced in quantities that may not be available for restock. As such, product availability is subject to change at any time.
Product availability is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed but before it is fulfilled, VOL.109 will notify the customer promptly and issue a full refund for the affected item.
VOL.109 reserves the right to limit the quantity of any item available for purchase per customer or per order, discontinue products without notice, and decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected bulk purchasing, resale, or abuse.
Product photography and descriptions are provided in good faith to accurately represent each item. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance between product images and physical items may occur, particularly for vintage and imported goods.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on VOL.109 are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Payment is processed through Shopify Payments or other secure, PCI-compliant payment processors integrated with our checkout. VOL.109 does not store, access, or retain full payment card information.
Pricing errors: Despite our best efforts, pricing, product description, or inventory errors may occasionally occur. VOL.109 reserves the right to correct any such errors and, where applicable, to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. In the event of a pricing error affecting a confirmed order, we will notify the customer and offer the options of completing the purchase at the correct price or receiving a full refund.

5. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Customers may create an account with VOL.109 to manage orders, save shipping addresses, and access purchase history. Account creation is optional; guest checkout is available.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. VOL.109 will never request your password via email, social media, or any channel other than the official account portal.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify us immediately and update your credentials through the account portal. VOL.109 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
VOL.109 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are associated with abusive behavior toward our store, staff, or policies.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the VOL.109 website — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic designs, product photography, product descriptions, editorial copy, visual identity, layout, and all other creative assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of VOL.109 and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from our website without prior written permission from VOL.109. This prohibition extends to screen captures, automated scraping, reverse engineering, and any form of content reuse, whether for personal gain or otherwise.

7. IMPORTED & COLLECTIBLE ITEMS
A significant portion of VOL.109's inventory consists of imported, vintage, out-of-print, second-hand, or one-of-a-kind collectible goods. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Collectible, vintage, and imported items may exhibit characteristics consistent with their age, origin, or prior handling — including minor shelf wear, corner wear, age-related marks, light surface scratches, slight discoloration, or subtle packaging imperfections. These are considered natural characteristics of the item and are not classified as defects or damage.
Where significant condition notes apply to a specific item, they will be disclosed in the product listing. Customers are encouraged to read all product descriptions and condition disclosures carefully before purchasing. Questions about a specific item's condition may be directed to VOL.109 prior to placing an order.
By completing a purchase of any collectible, vintage, or imported item, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable product description and condition notes.

8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & FRAUD PREVENTION
VOL.109 reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud or account misuse, abusive purchasing patterns, policy manipulation, or orders that appear inconsistent with legitimate personal retail purchases.
Customers who engage in any of the following may be subject to order cancellation, account restriction, or refusal of future service at VOL.109's sole discretion:
Submitting fraudulent orders or providing false information at checkout. Filing false damage claims or manipulating our refund or return process. Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with their bank or payment provider without first contacting VOL.109 to seek resolution. Engaging in repeated or abusive claim behavior. Purchasing inventory with the apparent intent to resell in violation of our policies.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
